It has been months already since you posted that “For Sale” sign outside your house. There are a few buyers that visited, but none of them called you back. Here are some things that you can do to “up sell” your house.
Say goodbye to clutter. If you haven’t used your things for quite sometime, store them in neat boxes or get rid of it. You can use decorated boxes, or baskets to store them. Place your furniture away from the walls to make them stand out. It will make the room seems larger. To make the room look warm, add lightings and dimmers to set the mood.
